The lower level game room includes a second living area, custom log pool table, multicade, and smart TV for all ages. Hand cut wooden railings at the top of the unique wooden stair case provides peace of mind for families with small children. Master bathroom #2 offers the convenience of entry from the great room, so the rest of the family can access it without entering a bedroom. This well appointed suite has a King sized bed, his & her closets, 6×6 tiled shower with grab bars and large seat, and access to an additional private 10×14 covered balcony with rockers as well. On the right you will find Master Suite #2.

Step into the luxurious open great room and chef inspired, fully equipped kitchen including a keurig, double oven and plenty of beautiful granite counter space. All interior doors are 36’’ wide, making them handicap friendly and wheelchair accessible. Enter through the custom designed 42’’ front doorway, wide enough for wheelchairs and scooters.
