Pet-friendly hotel with indoor pool, connected to a shopping center, near Easton Town Center 8.4 out of 10 Very Good. From 4 am on, the traffic noise was too much- it is possible there are quieter rooms but be certain or get earplugs. Again this was not a construction site, just the HQ for CAT. It is not the hotels fault that noise carries to the extent that I could hear the workers yelling to each other in their parking lot and of course the beep beeps of backing up the vehicles. However, our room was about 4 floors up and overlooking a construction machine yard. We checked in and actually did ask for the quietest room in the place (although the front desk may not always have any leeway or idea which room is quiet). Theres fun for all ages with a lazy river and a childrens pool, and families will appreciate the onsite laundry facilities.

Fort the record the room was great, had everything we needed, lots of room, clean and i have no issue recommending this as a good place to stay, as long as you have ear plugs or a white noise machine. Free water park access, 4 restaurants, and 5 indoor pools are all featured at this smoke-free resort. We spent one night at this hotel and another across the street. We found ourselves in the area for two days unexpectedly-we were on a road trip to see state and national parks but the weather wouldn't cooperate. As a consumer I am continually bombarded by requests to support the tourism industry I feel that in return they could demonstrate greater appreciation for their customer.… I would have preferred to express my disappointment with staff directly but when I clicked on emailing the hotel my email account came up.I generally receive a survey after a stay but not this time. Also, the music that is piped in throughout the halls is beyond annoying when it is played 24 hours a day! Haven't they heard of "quiet time". The gentlemen at check in did comp our "to go" breakfasts. It is often not clear and it is impossible to find their menus. How hard is it to simply clearly state the restaurant is closed in general I feel IHG does a terrible job regarding their restaurants. Perhaps, it was coded.Breakfast was available and the bar was open but no lunch or dinner. This is NOT stated anywhere on their website. While there is a restaurant and bar on the premises the restaurant is currently closed. About the only reason we selected this hotel was because we thought they had a restaurant. After a long day in the car on the way to a funeral we arrived. But it doesn't appear that Covid has improved their service. We routinely stay at IHG properties and are generally satisfied.
